Dispute resolution
By their definition projects are temporary organisations that are pulled together for a defined period based on an agreed purpose of delivering one or more business units/outputs. This can be the formation of a new department; an office; a school; a business resource; a housing development; conversion, extension or refurbishment of an existing facility; or any other construction (but not necessarily) project.
Projects are unique and though we may have a programme of projects, many of which will be similar with proven patterns of activities, each inevitably will have unique features such as, different users, different geographical location and possibly different project team members.
Project Management and Co-ordination is really a relatively new concept born 50 years ago by the likes of Henry Gantt and Frederick Taylor.
Project and Programme Co-ordination is all about good planning (and actions), not just the paper plans in themselves. Fail to Plan, (or take the right action) maybe futile, as are action without planning could prove a disaster.
G J Taylor Consultancy is able to offer a range of services, project coordinator, and managers to suit a particular set of Client requirements.
If you have a programme or project that needs assistance then please contact us to have an informal discussion with a free, no obligation, initial consultation.
